Incredients for 2 Servings.

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • 2 Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. cream cheese
  • 1/2 oz baby spinach
  • 1 Tsp. dried oregano

Preperations

  1. whisk eggs, cream, cheese and salt together in a bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in non stick frying pan. Pur eggs mixture and fry both on medium heat until bubbly
  3. Stir Fry mushrooms, baby spinach in another pan. Fry for few minutes more.
  4. Set omelet in plate top with baby spinach and mushrooms slice on it.
  5. Top with ground pepper
  6. Enjoy!

Keto Waffles

Incredient Servings for 5 Servings

  • 5 eggs – medium seperated
  • 4 Tbsp almond flour
  • 4 Tbsp. granulated sweetener of choice
  • 1 Tsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. whipped cream
  • 125 g unsalted butter melted

Preperations

  1. Beat egg whites with electric beater until firm and form stiff peaks.
  2. In Second bowl mix the egg yolks, almond flour, sweetener, and baking powder together
  3. Add the melted butter slowly in egg yolks mixture.
  4. Add Cream and vanilla and mix well
  5. Carefully mix egg whites into the yolk mixture
  6. Place enough of the waffle mixture into the warm waffle maker to make one waffle. Cook until golden
  7. Repeat until all the mixture has been used
  8. Enjoy!

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3 Tbsp Erythritol (or any swettener of choice )
  • 1 Tsp. baking powder
  • 5 large Egg
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup extra coconut oil
  • 1/4 Tsp sea salt
  • Blueberries for topping
  • Strawberries for topping

Preperations

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Heat coconut oil in nonstick pan over medium low to medium heat. Drop 2 Tablespoon batter into the pan and make circles. Cook about 2 minutes, until bubbles strt to form.
  3. Turn its side and cook another 1.5-2 minutes, until browned on the other side.
  4. Repeat with the rest of the batter
  5. Top with berries
  6. Enjoy

Preperations
