  • 1 1/2 cup mixed frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tsp. fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds (stir in after blending)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 cup mineral water
  • 1/2 cup ice

Preperations

  1. Place all incredients into the blender, cover lid and blend until smooth
  2. Blend on High until Smoothie has fluffy texture
  3. Enjoy!
