Skillet Steak with Mushroom

Incredients for 4 Servings.

  • 2 pounds beef Steak, (2 large pieces)
  • 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup shallots finely diced, or onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 16 oz sliced baby mushrooms
  • 1 Tsp. all purpose seasoning blend
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper
  • 6 Sticks of asparagus

Preperations

  1. Heat oil in heavy bottom skilled on medium heat.
  2. Fry chicken steak with a pinches of salt and pepper in skillet.
  3. Fry until each side turn brown for 4-5 minutes each side.
  4. Remove steak from skilled and set aside
  5. Add mushroom, asparagus, garlic and seasoning to skilled and sauté for 2-3 minutes until mushrooms are soften.
  6. Add broth and allow to simmer for 5 minutes until it reduces in half.
  7. Add cream in skilled and add steak back to skilled
  8. Allow to simmer until steak is cooked to preferred doneness

Incredients for 2 Servings

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipped cream
  • 1/4 Tsp. cumin powder
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 Tsp. ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 10 small mushrooms
  • 3 Tsp. olive oil, for roasting
  • Wooden skewers
  • 1/2 onion, petals

Preperations

  1. In a large mixing bowl take first 6 incredients, mix well to make a smooth mixture.
  2. Add mushrooms and onions in this mixture and gently coat. Cover and marinate it for 1 hour in refrigerator.
  3. After 1 hours insert mushrooms and onions into wooden skewers.
  4. Roast it on a hot greased skillet or grill in oven.
  5. Roast on medium flame and keep rotating from all sides

Incredients for 5 Servings

  • 1 (5 oz) container of enoki mushrooms
  • 5 slices of bacon
  • coconut aminos, optional for dipping
  • Sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Preperations

  1. Trim the end of the enoki mushroom and divide into 5 (or more) small bundles.
  2. Wrap the bacon slice around the mushrooms, sprinkle salt and leon juice acording to taste. Lock the end of wrap with wooden toothpicks.
  3. Place the wraps on preheated greased skilled and fry on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until bacon is done
  4. This may take a few minutes longer depening on the thickness of the bacon
  5. Serve with coconut aminos
  6. Enjoy!

  • 2 large eggs

  • 16 oz (11b) shrimp (peeled, tail on)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 inch piece of lemon rind
  • 1 Tsp. sea salt, to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. bacon fat
  • 12 oz broccoli roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Preperations

  1. Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat, fry broccoli on medium heat until golden brown.
  2. Add shrimp in pan and carefully fry it until they heave opaque color.
  3. Add garlic paste, cream, cheese in it and reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper according to taste.
  5. Stir until the gravy thickens and reduces to desired consistency
